- Delivery to any UK address – FREE delivery on orders over £70 delivered to any UK address (orders under £70 incur £3.99 shipping fee).
We do our best to get your school uniform to you as soon as possible. All embroidered / printed items are made to order.
Where the item is listed as in stock on our website, all orders received before 2pm (weekdays) are dispatched for next working day delivery.
(Except Scottish Highlands which is a two day delivery service)
We aim to dispatch school uniform orders to UK mainland addresses within 10 to 15 working days of you placing your order (excludes bank holidays). During busy periods (July / August) this may take a little longer. To ensure you receive your uniform before the start of the new academic year, please place your order well in advance (we recommend at least 6 weeks prior to the start of term to allow time for exchanges etc).
Couriers & Tracking
We use a variety of parcel delivery services. Some services provide an online tracking facility. If your parcel has been shipped using such a service, we’ll email you the tracking number as soon as the item(s) have been dispatched from our warehouse.

We are happy for you to return unwanted goods within 30 DAYS from the date of delivery.
Due to the current Coronavirus pandemic, for the safety and well being of our staff and customers, we are following strict government guidelines with regards to the return of products.
Therefore, please note, the following rules apply regarding returns, which is in line with official UK Government guidance :-
- Items must be returned with all original tags attached
- Items returned must be in their original packaging
- Items must be clean, and in a re-saleable condition
Any item returned in an unacceptable condition (including makeup stains, with loose hairs etc), will not be accepted, and the full order will be returned back to you recorded mail service.
Please note it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us and the customer must pay the return postage costs.
Upon receiving the returned goods, and if the items are returned as per our return guidelines, we will issue an exchange, or refund to your original method of payment less the original postage costs
The returns form can be downloaded and printed using the link below; this needs to be included in the returns parcel so we can locate your order upon arrival. It is essential that all items are returned in the original packaging, unworn, and in their original condition.
All items must be returned within 30 days of the order being received.
Please note that Personalised Items are non returnable. We recommend using a Signed For service.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order up to 30 minutes after your order was placed if you selected Standard Delivery.
Unfortunately if you have selected Express or Next Day Delivery, or after the 30 minute timescale, we are not able to cancel or amend the order as it will have been processed.
If you require a change of address after this period, please urgently contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request an address change, although we cannot guarantee this will be possible.

How to track your order online
If your order has been dispatched through a tracked courier, you can track your parcel by clicking the link under status. This will take you to the courier’s website showing you where your order is in the courier’s delivery chain. 90% of parcels take 2 days to deliver from dispatch but can take up to 7 days.
Orders shipped by the Royal Mail service cannot be tracked. If your item is marked as dispatched by Royal Mail, please allow between 1 – 7 days for delivery. A parcel is currently classed as ‘missing’ if it has not been delivered within 15 working days (including Saturdays). If your order has not been delivered by this time please contact us. In the meantime, it is advisable to check with neighbours, your local sorting office, around your property (eg greenhouse, porch etc) as occasionally parcels may have been left without a card.
The speed at which we can deliver your order will depend on a variety of factors. Schools.
If the items you have ordered are listed as in-stock, they will be posted on the same working day (for orders received by 1pm) or the next working day.
Bespoke and customised items will be made to order. This can extend the length of time it takes to despatch your order.
Personalised Products and Items
Please note, Personalised items are NOT eligible for return or refund. Please make sure to double check spelling before placing your order.
By the very individual nature of Personalised products, they cannot be re-sold, and therefore we cannot accept returns if you have a change of mind.
This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
